Final year undergraduate students within the School of Engineering took part in their own internal Enginuity Competition as part of their course Professional Development in the Construction Industry.

The aim of this course is help undergraduate engineers put their technical knowledge in its wider context as professional engineers in the Construction Industry. Running their own company using the Enginuity simulation is one outstanding way of doing this and provides the students with opportunities to learn about the dynamics of running a business, some lessons about the importance of teamwork and good communication and, hopefully, enjoy it all as well.

The students were organised into 6 teams, and competed over 8 rounds, or two simulated years, between February and May 2010.
