The ENGINUITY Competition formed part of the Lovell 2-year Graduate Development Programme.
It enabled the graduates to consolidate their learning and experience acquired
to date, and apply business acumen in a competitive simulation exercise designed to challenge leadership and
management skills, by putting them in the 'hot seat' running their own global construction contracting business.
8 teams took part in the Competition, and competed for 4 rounds against computer-simulated companies,
and then a further 3 rounds 'head to head' against each other.
The event took place over two days on March 5-6 at the Lea Marston hotel near Sutton Coldfield.
