To run a successful business in these uncertain and challenging times, it is more important than ever that team members, often working from remote locations, have the communication and collaborative skills to form an effective team able to make key business decisions.

The ENGINUITY Competition develops and enhances these key people skills in a unique business management challenge that pits participating teams against their colleagues and peers from across the globe.

The competition is played remotely, and participants take part from wherever they are located.

'BABBLE ROYALE' FROM JACOBS ARE CROWNED THE ENGINUITY 2022 CHAMPIONS

The ENGINUITY 2022 Global Business Management Competition is underway, providing participating teams with the chance to pit their leadership and management skills against their colleagues and peers from around the world in the ultimate construction management experience.

This year's field of teams includes participants from some of the largest construction businesses in the UK and Worldwide.

THE TEAMS TAKING PART

During March, April and May the teams will be playing 8 preliminary rounds to try and qualify for one of just 12 places in the final, comprising of a further 6 rounds over 2 weeks to determine the 2022, and 13th Enginuity Champions.

Birmingham City University logo Msc Construction Project Management students from the School of Engineering and the Built Environment at Birmingham City University are playing an Enginuity Competition from June to August 2022.

Birmingham City University/CPE (Hong Kong) logo Construction Project Management MSc students from the School of the Built Environment at Birmingham City University are taking part in an Enginuity Competition as part of their module 'Business Management', being delivered by the CPEC (Continuous Professional Education Centre) in Hong Kong, from June to August 2022.
