THE FINAL RESULT:  "'Lady Kingdom' reign supreme, but only just!"

They say timing is everything, and in the closest ever finish to the Birmingham City University / CPE Hong Kong Enginuity Competition, a tense final round saw "Lady Kingdom" hold off "Kowloon City Developments" by just 1 solitary point to become the Birmingham City University / CPE Hong Kong Enginuity 2019 Champions with an impressive finishing score of 1,435 pts, well deserved after being in the top 3 throughout. In a final round of mixed results the best performance was posted by the "Boss Team", a 7% improvement that lifted them one place to finish 3rd, with "Hong Kong Water" slipping back to 4th. Further down the table "Ocean Ltd" continued to struggle to recover from earlier problems, but at least they showed signs of slowing their decline, giving hopes to their shareholders that better times were around the corner.
