As the teams head into the final round of the Competition, incredibly two teams are tied at the top at the end of period 8, and a dramatic finale is in store. Previous leaders "YMCA" and "SHEngineers" both top the table with 1,656 pts, with the latter posting the best results in the round with an eyecatching 14% improvement. But who will hold their nerve ? Back in 3rd are "No Eye Deer", after moving up one place, and poised to pounce should the leaders slip up. Further down the table "BOD" enjoyed a good quarter that would have pleased their shareholders with 8% growth that enabled them to climb 5 places and into mid table.

With just one round to go each team will be looking to finish strongly, and every decision will count in the final reckoning.
