At the halfway point in the Final, period 15, there was growth for the majority of teams, and new contract awards for all but one of the teams. And for the third consecutive period new leaders as "The Mighty Turtles" (Parsons, United States) belied their slow pace image to surge up from mid table after a superb 16% growth to takeover top spot for the first time with 2,710 pts. They were helped by securing a large 21m contract with the Scottish Airports Group to build a new departure lounge and concourse, a job they won with a superior client relationship to their some of their rivals despite having a higher bid.

Previous leaders "Whatever it takes" (Stantec, Italy) slipped back one place, but only 30 points behind the new leaders, and the "Fanatics" (AtkinsRealis, India) and "Constructive Chaos" (Arcadis Australia Pacific, Australia) remained in 3rd and 4th place respectively, but still well in touch. It is only the halfway point in the Final, and expect lots more twists and turns in the second half.
