To run a successful business in these uncertain and challenging times, it is more important than ever that team members, often working from remote locations, have the communication and collaborative skills to form an effective team able to make key business decisions.

The ENGINUITY Competition develops and enhances these key people skills in a unique business management challenge that pits participating teams against their colleagues and peers from across the globe.

The competition is played remotely, and participants take part from wherever they are located.

Do you and your colleagues have the Management and Leadership skills to run a GLOBAL Construction Business, and do so better than your peers in the Industry ?

The search has begun to find the ENGINUITY 2025 Champions.

CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD)
As well as building team working skills, and giving teams the opportunity to compete against colleagues and people from other companies and countries, the Competition is an inspirational professional development tool, for both internal management and graduate training programmes, and as a vehicle for building credits towards accreditation of an external institution.

FORMAT
After 8 Preliminary Rounds during April and May the leading 12 teams will qualify for a place in the Final during June to determine the 2025 Champions.

COST
Only 300 (GBP) per team (up to 6 people) to encourage and enable sponsors to enter multiple teams.

PRIZES AND AWARDS
Cash prizes for the Winners and Runners Up, a Certificate of Achievement for all the finalists, and a Certificate of Participation for everyone taking part in the Competition.
