To run a successful business in these uncertain and challenging times, it is more important than ever that team members, often working from remote locations, have the communication and collaborative skills to form an effective team able to make key business decisions.

The ENGINUITY Competition develops and enhances these key people skills in a unique business management challenge that pits participating teams against their colleagues and peers from across the globe.

The competition is played remotely, and participants take part from wherever they are located.

THE PRELIMINARY ROUNDS ARE IN PROGRESS (ROUND 2 OF 8)

The ENGINUITY 2025 Global Business Management Competition is underway, providing participating teams with the chance to pit their leadership and management skills against their colleagues and peers from around the world in the ultimate construction management experience.

This year's field of teams includes participants from some of the largest construction businesses in the UK and Worldwide.

THE TEAMS TAKING PART

During April, May and June the teams will be playing 8 preliminary rounds to try and qualify for one of just 12 places in the final, comprising of a further 6 rounds over 2 weeks to determine the 2025, and 16th Enginuity Champions.
